adding border & link to image

    Hi all!

    I am trying to add a border to an image. I was in edit image –> Advanced Settings. Tried a few things but nothing. I guess i could edit CSS Child theme for all my images to have border but figured I could do each one differently in this area.

    Also, How can i make that image a link?
