• I have been podcasting for a few months, and my podcast is already available on iTunes (and Stitcher) via Feedburner. I decided to try the Blubrry plugin so I can get better stats, but in setting it up, it is asking me to input info to submit my podcast to iTunes.

If I don’t input anything for that section, will it affect my current iTunes feed?

If I don’t input anything, will it affect receiving accurate Blubrry stats?

If I DO have to input that section to get the stats I want, will it affect my current iTunes feed? Do I have to go through the process all over again? What about my current subscribers? Will they have to resubscribe?

I just don’t want adding this plugin to interrupt my current subscribers’ access via iTunes and Stitcher.

We recommend that you do fill out the feed and iTunes information when using PowerPress and Blubrry stats. You can just copy the same information over that’s been entered into your Feedburner details, if you want.

Adding this information to the PowerPress settings should have little impact on your current iTunes Store listing, since that listing is using your Feedburner feed, so whatever information you’ve added in the Feedburner settings is ultimately what your iTunes Store listing will see.

Doing this should have no affect on your current subscribers. They really shouldn’t notice any change on their end since you’re using Feedburner.

Thank you for the quick reply, Shawn. I will try it!
