Adding /blog/ to posts urls

Hello everyone,
im having a problem with the blog slug.
I have a blog post page like this:
https://www.example.com/en/blognow i have blogposts like this:
https://www.example.com/en/blog-post-namenow what i want to do is having this:
https://www.example.com/en/blog/blog-post-name
and this
https://www.example.com/en/blog/BUT i tried different things, and it didnt work out:
– adding /blog/%postname%/ to custom permalinks
– adding /%category%/%postname%/ to custom permalinks and using Category base /blogwhat is working is the blog post page like:
https://www.example.com/en/blog/blog-post-namebut the blog page will get me 404 error:
https://www.example.com/en/blog/what am i doing wrong?
can anybody help me?would appreciate it..thx
