Adding Base fee

    Thank you for the excellent plugin.
    Is it possible to add a extra option in which a minimum base fee can be added.
    For example at this stage the delivery cost is based on the km distance, 6,5 per km but i need to enter a minimum fee of 250 and the km rate is charged on top of this base fee. Calculations start at 250 + km rate

    Hi @konradvanrensburg,

    Thank you for using this plugin. Yes it is possible to create new option for minimum fee. I also thinking add another option for the maximum fee. I will be release the new version within this week.
