I am using the Events Manager plugin for tracking events that users will be attending. Therefore, access to view events is limited to logged-in users.

I talk with many people about events they will attend via email and over the phone, and not everyone is willing to login to create a booking to signify which events they will be attending.

Currently, I do not see a way to add in bookings for existing users from the back-end.

    Am I missing something?

  • So you are asking about a method to add a booking without them having to visit the site? You’d need to make sure you have the Offline payment gateway enabled, then click the Add Booking link on the Edit Event page.

Thanks for your response, Jordanthedesigner! Does the ability to enable the offline payment gateway require Events Manager Pro? I have the free version. I don’t see the section for payment gateways in the plugin.

Sorry, both payment gateways and the ability to manually add bookings are part o the Pro add-on.
