Adding Attachment to Reply email

Wow. I love this package. I wish I had it in the past when I had to create forms by hand!

We’re creating a form for summer camp registration, and have everything working just fine, including the emailed reply that registrants receive via the “Email Notification Settings.”

What I want to is add an attachment to that email message, with a PDF Form that they will sign and return with their payment. (Check or cash, not credit cards)

I’m sure there’s a simple way to attach a file, but haven’t been able to figure out how it’s done. I’m using Chrome on Linux, and FWIW the “Add Media” button and “Text” tab on the Rich text editor don’t seem to function.
