Adding another sidebar in theme

Hello everybody,

I really need you help with this issue:
I would like to add another sidebar in my theme boldy specificaly under button “Requet quote, we will answer in 24 hours” – how i think that look here

and also i would like to add new widget sidebar above each post, like this
