Adding another footer section to twenty seventeen theme to add a contact form

Hello,

I am currently working on the site https://cyanskycopiers.ggaglobal.net, I am attempting to add another section to the footer area to add a contact form widget. How can I edit my child theme functions.php to add another section in the footer?

I am aware my SSL certificate has expired and am working on it to renew it.
