Adding an extra editor in page option

Hello
by default wordpress provide us one editor for editing pages,But I need to add one more editor with default fckeditor .Please let me know how to do it and how to access the text entered there in template,
I know we can use custom field but I need to have full editor option provided by wordpress by default
