Adding an agree to terms & conditions checkbox to the cart page

If using the plugin to sell a service, is there a way to add a checkbox that must be ticked to acknowledge the buyer has read the terms & conditions? This feature would need to disable the Checkout Now With PayPal button unless the the box was ticked. Also there would need to be a field on the shopping cart/checkout page to add the specific copy for the terms & conditions and have the checkbox right below this field. Does this plugin currently have this feature? Thanks!
