Adding alerts for Posters about resumes

Do you have plans for a plugin that would do this?

We don’t have plans to create such a plugin, no.

Is this something that would be easier for us to build based off of what is in place or are we better off doing something from scratch?

Our Job Alerts add-on is fairly specific to jobs only. That said, I’m no dev myself, so I can’t really say if repurposing it would be easier than starting from scratch.
