I have a client using Event Tickets Plus and Advanced Custom Fields on their site, and I was wondering if it’s possible to add the ACF fields into the ticket information.

I didn’t design the site or the workflow so there’s probably a better way to do this from the beginning, but for the time being, I’m just trying fix this part without changing their workflow.

Basically, they have a blog post where they dynamically insert ACF fields AND sell tickets to the corresponding event.

However, those ACF fields are only listed on the blog post, and not associated to the ticket. Ultimately, I need to get those ACF fields into a WooCommerce email, but they first need to be passed into the Ticket / automatically generated Woo Product so that they show up in the Woo order details so that I can put them in the email.

Here’s a demo and overall explanation of the problem:

    Hi.

First, your forum guidelines doesn’t mention anything about premium users. Second, I’m just working on the website, so I don’t have the account login information to open a support ticket.

Lastly, I made some progress in that, when I add the ACF data directly to the ticket item, I am able to get it into the WooCommerce email. However, that means the client still has to enter the data twice — once for the blog post, and once for the ticket. It’d be nice if they only had to do it once, but I don’t think that’s your problem.

    Hi @sandeld,

The forum guidelines are not something created by our company but by www.remarpro.com maintainers. The forum rules don’t let us provide support for paid customers on this forum, that is an area for the free plugin users, and we can be penalized if we break that rule. Hope you understand that this is not our company not willing to help you, but we need to follow the forum guidelines.

I understand that you may not be the license owner, but then please ask the license owner to open a support ticket and CC you on the email so that we can answer both and you can jump into the conversation.
