Adding adsense to twentyten header

  • Anyone know how to reduce the size of the twentyten header image and place an adsense banner or maybe it would be better to turn the header into 3 widget areas like the footer.

    Does anyone have experience of doing this?

    Somebody must have already done this as its the best place to place an adsense banner. I can reduce the width of the header but how do i insert a widget area to the space remaining.
