Adding ADs to the Lightbox

Hello, I am interested in the implementing of my juicy ADs to the lightbox feature of my WP Site. I know that some advertizing sites do NOT allow it but yet some do and I can’t find a single lightbox that has ANY features for this at all. Anyone able to help me?
