Adding ads to all pages in list post

    One more request from me if possible. Sorry!

    I use the Newspaper theme which allows me to create lists which are paginated. These work really well and get lots of page (and ad) impressions.

    The only problem with this plugin is that it only inserts the ads once. So, the first page has the “top” ad placement and the last page has the “bottom” ad placement.

    Is there some way these could be inserted into every page?
