Adding ads between comments when using plugin for discussion

Hello,
first of all thanks for great plugin. It works perfectly in native WP discussion, but is there any documentation, how to integrate ads between comments when using plugin for it (in my case wpdiscuz)? i tried to use php code insted of widget, but it does not work. thanks in advance for any help
