I’m struggling. I use the Elegant Themes DIVI theme and page builder.
    Installed the plugin.
It created the knowledgeable page. Presented fine using Divi.
However, when I tried to add some additional text to provide guidance join how to search and improve chance of matching with article – this text is ignored and NOT displayed at all.
Do you strip out any text as part of the KBE template usage?

No visual editor content should be stripped by the plugin. However I do not have a copy of DIVI theme/page building so I cannot test this. I would suggest this is probably something best to ask the Elegant Themes team. Feel free to refer them to this post and they are welcome to get in touch with me if there is something that needs to change in my plugin to be compatible with their stuff.

I can provide access to see if that would help… this is the only plugin that suffers such a disruption.

Try switching to the default theme… I think you will see it does not strip anything…. Indicating it is something specific to your theme. It’s a premium (paid) theme so like I said, I can’t test it without purchasing a copy and thus can’t help you further with this. I suggest you contact your theme developer/vendor for further assistance. Thanks.
