Adding Additional scripts with html tags

Hi Thank you for your support!

Once I enable this wp security hardening plugin to secure my site what I have got, its added additional scripts with html sections (see below attached code) multiple times for the page my I know the reason behind it, also once I activate the plugin and check website for malware I have got malware found and once disable it and check for malware I got malware not found, so I confuse is this secure or not could you please help out it, thanks.
