Adding a version of plugin to Core?

These days there is a call for adding plugins as feature plugins to core. This means that people will suggest plugins they think should be in core. Either their own plugins or someone elses. This can also mean a project someone it working on as well.
I noticed your plugin has been suggested to be added as a feature plugin to core.
