Adding a Unique Entry To a Page

Hi,
I have installed Connections 0.7.9.7 & Connections cMap 3.1 in a new website that we’re putting together.

Each page corresponds to a different business and we would like to create an unique address record with full details including a Google Map for each business so I thought that this plugin with the extension would be ideal.

Is there a way with the shortcode to assign a unique business entry in the Connections directory to a page or post?
