Adding a title like Mr. / Mrs. (German: Hinzufügen einer Anrede zu WooCommerce)

Hey,

I managed to add a title dropdown in my WooCommerce Shop, everywhere from the Sign-up through the Account Details, Edit Address Screen and the Backend.

I’ve done it like this: For the Sign-Up | For the Output / Backend

Now I just need to output the new field, “billing_title” in Front of the First Name in the Order confirmation Page, Account Details Page and Order E-mails – everywhere where the address is visible.

Can you tell me how to alter the filter for the address output to achieve that in my functions.php?
