Adding a Thank You Page

My website is https://www.thepaisleybox.com
I would like my customers to be automatically redirected to a thank you page after checkout. I have created the thank you page (https://thepaisleybox.com/thank-you/), but I’m not sure how to create the redirect.
Please help!
