Adding a text widget to your Header

Hello There,

Don’t really know where to post this question. So it’s going here. Hopefully someone can help me out.

I’m using WordPress (of course) and in the header there is a paragraph or two about that specific page. I was wondering if any one knew how I could go about doing this. Keep in mind that the text description needs to be different for the four other pages. I was thinking of making a text widget in the header and depending on what page you are on it displays the corresponding text.

Know the client I’m doing this for doesn’t know anything about code and wants to be able to update it at his convenience so doing it in the code is out of the question.

Any links, suggestions or idea’s would be greatly appreciated.
