Adding a tab for newsletter signup

  • I’d like to add a tab called “Contact” with a simple form in there (name and email fields) allowing readers to signup for a newsletter.

    As of now, I added a widget in the footer and it displays that form at the bottom of the page. Is there a way I can have that form be displayed as a separate tab? (like the ‘writing’ or ‘about-me’ tabs that I have)

    Right now, it’s a widget…I searched the widgets for ‘newsletter’ and picked one called ‘newsletter signup’.

    I went to Appearance –>Widgets and clicked on the + sign, and typed in ‘newsletter’ in the search box. I clicked the ‘newsletter signup’ widget that showed up.

    Is it a feature of your theme? If so, I recommend asking at your theme’s support so its developers and support community can help you with this.

    I think it’s a feature, but I’ll check with theme part of the forum…thanks for your help.
