Adding a summary to the post

Hi, in each post there is an option to set a summary – a description for the post, it is found in WordPress in the Gutenberg editor, there is a small panel on the side, below, where you can insert the description-summary of the post (here you can see what it is about).
How can it be set up through this plugin, to write the summary-description of the post in an email?
