Adding a Social Media Sidebar with Appliance Theme

Hi there,

I’m looking to add a follow me link to my instagram, twitter, facebook and tumblr but have it branded in the Appliance theme (e.g. like the ‘follow and subscribe’ buttons on this site: https://www.peachypolish.com/).

I’m not very tech savvy at all. I downloaded a few social bars but they are confusing or specific to the app (e.g. twitter specific)
