• Good morning, it would be very useful to add a function to subscribe to new posts. But not some newestlater – just a simple subscription.

So something like this – a simple widget where you can enter your email address and confirm that you want to subscribe to new entries.

Subscription is simple information – a link to the new publication and its title along with subscription management.

In the comments section, you can choose to subscribe to only new posts as an option.

This would make the plugin much stronger and provide additional functionality. Only this simple widget would be necessary.

I think it’s worth thinking about, because it doesn’t seem very difficult to add, and it will create a really powerful plugin.

    Hi @danishsard

    Thanks for the suggestion.

I’ll pass that on to the plugin owner, but the primary functionality of the plugin is related to comments.

While the general idea is the same it’s 2 different WordPress systems (posts and comments). So implementation of that is not as simple as it might seem.

It seems to me that it would be logically consistent – because there would be full possibility of interaction with the website and subscription.

It would also provide a huge amount of functionality – currently you have to use 2 plugins and everything would be elegant in one.

Without extensive nesetlaters – only simple information about a new post and a subscription widget form – simple information about a new post in the same way as a new comment.

That would be something really great
