Adding a shortcode to the Text widget doesn't work

Have you tested the shortcode you are using in a page?

I have. The shortcodes work in pages and posts, but not the Text widget.

Same with me, shortcodes in the outside the Text widget does work.

Let me explore it. What theme are you using?

Same here: Short code does not work in text widget. I’m trying to set it up in the Sundance theme.
