Adding a share button to every comment

Just wondering how to add a facebook and twitter share button to each individual comment on a page.

I haven’t been able to find a plugin for this but would be great if there was one. The other way I have been reading is to alter? the wp_list_comments function but I have very little to no idea how to do this.

Each comment does create it’s own url, for example: /newcastle/#comment-168 – so basically I require an image hyperlink that will automatically link to that url in the facebook sharer.
