Adding a seperator between ticks

Awesome plugin! I’d like to add a separator between the ticks, an ellipsis (…) but I don’t see a feature for this. I’d prefer to add it via CSS and not have my client add it manually after each tick text (they will forget and I want to maintain visual consistency on the site).

I have tried adding it to the mtphr-dnt-tick class but the tick text inside it has no selector (it’s a plain text node, so it cannot be targeted by CSS). Ideally the text should have a <p> element or something. Please could you assist with some direction on how to do this?
