    Hello @gmsdigital ,

Our plugin doesn’t have the exact error ‘An error has occurred, please try again’- can you replicate the issue and attach screenshot as we have a similar one: ‘Something went wrong, please try again’.

This error only appears when the plugin can’t insert the redirection data into the database.

Is it the case with all with other redirects you try to add?

Our plugin supports .html links, and as you can test this on TasteWP

I see that the redirection is now working correctly from https://www.multivideo.ch/contact.html to https://multivideo.ch/contacter-multi-video/ – I guess you have resolved the issue in the meantime?

    Kind regards

    Hello MixHa,

That’s right, I translated the message from French.

See if this can help you.

Can the XMLRPC or REST blocks in the All-in-One Security plugin block redirects?

As the launch of the site has been postponed several times, I had to find a solution quickly for these redirection issues from the answers provided by Google. I’ve implemented Redirection by John Godley.

    Best regards,
    Ben

    Hey @gmsdigital ,

For future debugging, we would propose to disable that security plugin. Happy to assist if you need help again.

    Kind regards
