Adding a Read More with link

Hello,

I cannot find any documentation that shows how to remove the […] at the end of each blog, or how to change it to a ‘Read More’ link. I’ve clicked on the documentation links from the plugin’s main page, but they all go to pages that say the content no longer exists. How can I accomplish this with this plugin?
