Adding a radio button to checkout page

    I would like to be able to add a couple of radio buttons to my checkout page.

    Scenario:
    If a customer clicks on a specific product and makes it to the checkout page, we ask them if they want this product or this product.

    Also if they click on another specific product it asks if they want the same product that is in the above scenario as well as another question asking if they want this or this product added

    Basically an add on radio button selector.

    I know it needs to be in functions.php or even the form-checkout.php, just not sure how to set it up.
