Adding a Pop-up

Hello,
How do I add a pop-up to the homepage that will alert every visitor to our Covid-19 message? I currently have a menu option but this isn’t attention grabbing enough.

Thanks for this. I am halfway there as I have created the popup modal but how do I add this to the Homepage? I am using Aneeq theme, the homepage is a not a ‘page’.
