Adding a plugin to my static from page

Hello. I’m quite new to WP so please bare with me if this is not the right forum or this question has already been asked. I have a static front page as my the landing page to my site and need to add a pluggin that displays on the static page. The pluggin can be found here (https://codecanyon.net/item/pullout-widgets/1810209). I’ve installed and activated the pluggin but can’t figure out how to get it to appear and stay on the static landing page. I’m using the Simpolio theme found here(https://themeforest.net/item/simpolio-fullscreen-portfolio-blog-wp-theme/397050). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been tearing my hair out for the last week trying to figure this out.
