Adding a photo album to a static page??

Hey everybody. I’d like to set up a photo album layout for my media section. Right now I just have tables set up and I just insert pics one at a time.
I want to have thumbnails of each photo album and you click it and it gives you the rest of the images.
What program is best for this? Flickr, Picaca, Simple Viewer, etc? So many choices, but I want it to look professional and be fairly simple to use.
Is it a code I insert on the static page or what’s the best way to implement this?
