Adding a page link to my custom template menu

  • I have a quick question…..I have this page at https://www.runjeeta.com/dg and I want to convert one of my webpages into a wordpress page. The page I want to convert is called author appearances. The home page is already wp, so how do i generate a page (well i know how to do that) but how do i get it to show up when i click “author apperances” I don’t use the side bar the support docs talk about but its not clear to me how to modify my code either..
    Is it a matter of just interting the right tag template tag embedded in my link for the page i want it to show up on?
