also if anyone knows how to make the submit button wider that would be great too.. i wanted to add more text to the button but its not wide enough display it

You will need to change the width of the Submit button using CSS.

Use Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools to find and target individual css classes & ids within your CF7 forms so that your css changes don’t inadvertantly effect other elements on your website.

You can add any HTML formating you would like in the Form section of the CF7 interface – see https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp
