When vendors create a new product (step #1), it it published to the shop before the vendor has a chance to add attributes, and shipping information. (step #2)

Is there a way to make add these options of attributes, variations, shipping, etc to Step #1..

    or

Make the product not unpublished until Step #2 (edit Product) has been completed?

    Thanks

  • Hello @ryandesigned,

    Thanks for your ticket.

The main purpose of multistep form was allowing the vendor to add products quickly with basic information so that they can edit and insert their other information later or on the next step.

Also, for some technical reasons, we had to split the product upload form. Now, it is really difficult for us to make a single product upload page but we have a plan for future ??

Any way to make default state of a new product a draft or hidden?

    Hello @ryandesigned,

The product status initially is pending. Unfortunately, it is not possible by default to make the default state of a new product a draft or hidden? That means the products are offline when a vendor creates it. The admin approves the product and publish it and brings them online. I hope this will help you ??

    Best Regards.

So basically the admin has to approve every single product manually that is added to the marketplace? Seems like sort of a lot work for the admin.

Any way to make the default stock set to 0, until the vendor chooses the inventory amount?

    Hello @ryandesigned ,

In Dokan Lite you can allow a vendor to publish his product immediately by enabling this from wp-admin > users > edit the vendor > https://prntscr.com/pw5a8r. On paid versions we have global settings which we are unable to discuss here.

By default the stock is set to 0 already.

    Thank you.
