Adding a new menu link

  • I want to add another link to the navigation thing, where “Home” and “About” currently reside, anyone know how to add a link without adding a completely new page?

  • Most themes are set up using wp_list_pages to display the Nav, so when you add a new page it automatically becomes part of the Nav.

    If what you want to do is add links to URL’s that are not part of your site, you can do that by creating new WP pages and installing this plugin

    which allows you to redirect a page to point to some other URL. In that case the page is just a dummy placeholder that becomes part of your Nav.
