Adding a new input to "add an image" inside a post / page

Hello,

I would like to add a new box inside a the “add an image” box that appears when I need to insert an attachment to a post / page.

I have seen some themes do it but unsure of how to do it myself.

Is anyone able to give me a direction in order to achieve it ?
