Adding a menu + header to a new page

Hi guys,

I have a website called: https://www.studio-puntgaaf.nl. My idea is to give the portfolio items a page, so clients can see more of a item.

I made a testpage called: https://www.studio-puntgaaf.nl/tuckerville

Is it possible to put the menu (just like my homepage) at the top of the page? And is it possible to put the header images (the 5 images in the slider) on that page too? Oh and… is it possible to put the footer on the bottom too?

I hope someone can help me with this problem. I want the same look and feel at every page. If I add pages I can give them SEO.
