adding a horizontal rule above related posts section

Hello! I love this plugin, and it is exactly what I needed…thank you! I would like to know how to add a horizontal rule above related posts section, so that it doesn’t run so close to my descriptive text above. Can you let me know how to do that? Thank you again.
