Adding a Gallery of Photos

What’s the best way to add a gallery of photos to a site ?
I’m building a site for a gift shop and need to have 4 or 5 different product category pages listing in a gallery format.

Is this a plug in that I need ? I’ve used White House Pro Pagelines template.
