    Hello there,

I am trying to display a form within a WooCommerce My Account page content with the extention My Account Page Editor. I am using a shortcode that is functioning in other pages of the website, but within the My Account page content it is not being displayed. Please, how can I fix that?

  • Hi there @jaimeabreu ??

Welcome to WooCommerce Support. I’d be happy to help you with this.

I am trying to display a form within a WooCommerce My Account page content with the extention My Account Page Editor. I am using a shortcode that is functioning in other pages of the website, but within the My Account page content it is not being displayed. Please, how can I fix that?

From what I gather, you are referring to the My Account Page Editor extension (linked here). Correct?

I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support, as they would be in a better position to assist you. It can be accessed via this page:

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

Right Pepe, I am referring to the My Account Page Editor extension. I emailed them earlier this week and I’m waiting for a response.

I thought that maybe you could help me with this query, because My Account comes from the WooCommerce plugin and this could happen to any extension. Thanks

    Hi @jaimeabreu

I thought that maybe you could help me with this query, because My Account comes from the WooCommerce plugin and this could happen to any extension.

You’re absolutely correct that the My Account page is a part of the core WooCommerce plugin. However, My Account Page Editor is our partner’s extension, and support for it is typically provided by the extension’s developers. While we strive to provide comprehensive support for WooCommerce and its features, our ability to assist with issues specific to these extensions can be limited.

I’ll close the thread now. If you need help with WooCommerce core please create a new topic.

    Cheers!
