Adding a Footer Navigation Menu Bar to Twenty Eleven

I need to get this site up and running. I was so glad you told me about the child theme and realized how important this is going to be for future updates on a self-hosting site. I hate to make any more changes to the site without this child theme.
I know this isn’t your problem, is there anywhere you can direct me?
You folks who do this are so great and patient.

How exactly did you upload the child theme?

I clicked on your link and clicked on download. It went to my download folder. I placed it on my desktop and used Fetch to load it up to my site’s wp manager.

I’m wondering, could something be wrong with the Twenty Eleven Theme? Could this have been damaged in someway during the transfer of the site? It’s functioning fine but could it effect the child theme?

Yes it could. Re-upload a fresh, unpacked, copy of the Twenty Eleven folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

Okay I was hoping it wouldn’t come down to this but it has. I didn’t do the transfer, I payed someone to do it. Is there anyway you can tell me how to do this?

Do I have to delete the current twentyeleven folder before I upload the new folder?

I added navigation menu to footer but menu items are in the wrong order how do I change the order to match the menu at the top?
