Adding a “filler” row in Row 1

I am using your plug-in to generate a drop-down list of fundraiser pages from which viewer can select. Everything works beautiful except that the viewer cannot select the FIRST page in the list. I needed to create a filler entry so that the viewer would be forced to select from Options 2 thru 20. I created a “fake” WordPress page called “Make a Selection…” and made it entry #1. If for any reason this page actually could be selected, I am using plug-in “Redirection v3.4 by John Galley to force a Type 302 redirection to the same page that has the drop down options. This is working perfectly. I am using this “redirection” plug-in for something that your plug-in should offer… the ability to add a title entry in row 1. This is something to think about for a future update.
