Adding A Custom Tab

I duplicated the ‘woocommerce’ folder and added it to my theme.I’m trying to add a Custom tab to my WooCommerce wc-template-functions.php file. I’ve added the code, but do not see anywhere in the Product Admin page to add any custom data.
Am I missing something?
