Adding a custom backgound to wp installed themes

  • I have no problem in adding a custom log and background to the header area in 2014 and 2012. The background correctly resizes as the display area changes.

    But 2013, which I like better than 2013, is a different story. Try as I may I can find no way to install a new background with a logo that I want right aligned regardless of screen display size.

    Am I missing something or was the creator of 2013 having an off-day ?? ?
