    In the classic editor when I try to add a CountUp Timer to a page I get that sad boxed face and this message: “st-cp.comhttps’s server IP address could not be found.”

    What version of our plugin are you using?

    Also, we don’t see the error message you mentioned, can you send a screenshot?

    Hi:

    I deactivated the Classic Editor and it worked fine. So, I created and inserted the CountUp Timer I needed and then activated the Classic Editor and copied the following:

    [wpda_contdown_extend timer_id=1 ?theme_id=206]

    Then I put that where I needed it and it seems to work fine.

    Will that be okay?
